   Daytime Children’s & Adult Birthday parties with a professional magic show cost  is $300 (+ tax)  for up to 15 children and $10 / child above that price.   There is NO CHARGE for adults to stay and watch the show!  They will enjoy it, too!   It’s an interactive family show that is good for all ages!
During the show, we include a magic kit for the birthday boy or girl, all set up, tables, clean-up and professional interactive magic show.  Also, your child is “the star” on stage & does magic for their friends!  (The celebrant doesn’t need to learn anything in advance, but looks great in front of the crowd).  We also offer magic kits for your guests as party favors for $5 each if you like.  You choose the date and time and invite your friends!  We do the rest!
 
The rental with show is a two hour event which is enough time for the show and the celebration.  Once guests have arrived, we start the show.  After the show, your guests can have the celebration, open gifts, etc.  It’s up to you!
 
We set up 2 eight foot tables in the back of the showroom for cupcakes or birthday cake. ( or pizza, whatever you decide).
You, the renter provides the refreshments, table cloths etc. – or we can arrange it all for an additional fee.  
 A group photo is encouraged following show for a nice memory of the occasion.

PRIVATE PARTIES:

Weekend, evening rental rates start at $ 450 for 3 hours with a host on-site.   You may include a professional Illusion Show for additional cost . We can set up dance music for you if desired, also.   Call to customize your event and get prices for magic show by Dream Masterz.   We provide the facility, the tables and chairs, the clean-up, set-up, entertainment and more!

Weekday Evening Off Peak Venue Rental –  after 5 pm with a 3 hour minimum is $80 per hour for up to 30 people.

Weekend Evening Peak (June, July, August & Dec.) – after 5 pm with a 3 hour minimum is $120 per hour for up to 30 people.  ( $100 per hour over 30 people).Misc. Charges :  $2 per chair,  $8 per eight foot rectangular table,  pull down projector screen  at  $25 per use , projector ( mounted on ceiling)  at $25 per use, microphone at $25 per use,  music at $25/ hour ( includes sound tech on site)  Table linens at $8 per table or you can provide your own.

 

Corporate TURN-KEY off-site MEETINGS!

Theatre seats up to 54 people at tables . Without tables, we seat 72 people.

* Costs for Daytime meeting space rental begins at $250 minimum  for the first 3 hours, then $75 per additional hours and includes up to 6 eight foot rectangular tables, 54 chairs and host onsite during event.   We have a projector at additional cost.  Also may include coffee maker, free parking & small movie screen.  Call for availability.

We can also include a caterer and take care of food & beverage arrangements.  Please see preferred caterer list below.        During warm weather, we can put our party TENT in our front yard!  party tent for front yard

with a Magical Flair… Carol and Joe Givan are both ordained to officiate weddings!   Carol writes a custom ceremony just for you!   PERFECT ICEBREAKER FOR FAMILIES OF THE BRIDAL COUPLE .

Enjoy our elegant, intimate space perfect for any social function for groups up to 70.  Rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelorette or bachelor parties, and family reunions are magical at the Theatre of Dreams. We include a world class interactive magic and illusion show as seen at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas! Adding entertainment to your special event brings guests together with the show as an ice-breaker. And, if you like, the bride and groom or guest of honor can be part of the show!  Choose your own caterer and book our intimate event space at affordable prices…with or without a show.  ( see photo of elegant room set-up at the top of this page)

Ordained officiants, Joe and Carol add a unique surprise to your wedding ceremony!  The Dream Masterz, Joe Givan and Carol Massie are 3 time world champions in magic and can make your wedding rings float from bride to groom, etc. or teach the bride and groom to do the magic themselves. You dream it, we do it and we can customize the ceremony to fit your dreams. We will travel to your destination. Make your event a memory to last a lifetime!

1.) Flying Horse Catering, Castle Rock – Debbie Dalla at 303-688-4321. Reasonable and close by. They serve at the fairgrounds frequently.  www.flyinghorsecatering.com

We have 3 levels of breakfast, lunch and dinner menus to choose from…budget, intermediate and elegant.  Call theatre for these menus.

2.)  Pegasus on the Square, Castle Rock – John DeLay -(303) 688-6746  For tantalizing Greek food, Mexican cuisine, catering service, and all-American food. www.pegasusonthesquare.com

3.) Union American Bistro, Castle Rock- Joe (303) 688-8159   Excellent food & Elegant.  Have not had their catering but their restaurant is excellent and popular.

4.) Bono’s Pit Bar-B-Q, 9393 E Dry Creek Rd, Centennial, (303)850-7427  – Corporations have used them at the Theatre of Dreams in the past and were satisfied.
