Theatre seats up to 54 people at tables . 18 more can be seated at a head table onstage.
Without tables, we seat 72 people. We do have a projector and drop-down screen. No Wi-Fi.
Buffet-Style Food service: An adjacent room features two 6-foot tables for buffet-style food service.
Table Seating: Up to six 8-foot rectangular tables seat 8 -9 people per table. Table linens are available to rent at $8 each, or you can provide your own.
Food & beverage arrangements can be made by renter or by theatre manager for an additional fee.
Renter can supply food (pot luck) & beverages (BYOB) or hire a caterer. Ask for list of preferred caterers.
Alcoholic beverages are sole responsibility of renter, please see rental agreement.
Showroom can convert into a large dance floor by stacking or removing chairs. Full sound system and theatre / dance lighting provided at no additional cost.
Digital projector and screen available at additional cost.
Theatre banquet facility will provide all set-up, trash removal and clean-up.Free Parking. Wheel Chair Accessible.
* Costs for Daytime meeting space begins at $250 minimum for the first 3 hours, then $75 per additional hours and includes up to 6 eight foot rectangular tables, 54 chairs and host onsite during event. We have a projector at additional cost. Also may include coffee maker, free parking & small movie screen. Call for availability.
We can also include a caterer and take care of food & beverage arrangements. Please see preferred caterer list.
FREE PARKING.- close to front door entrance…Easy load in and load out as all on street level.
During warm weather, we can put a TENT in the front yard.
